The HO Scale Cobra Head Street Light shown above stands 4 inches (10.2 CM) high. The Cobra Head Light Housing extends out above the road 2 inches (5.1 CM). The life size equivalent of this model highway/ street light is 26.5 feet.
The light housing contains an ultra bright, white 2mm LED covered with a clouded lens which disperses the light into a circle reflecting off the road surface creating a very authentic look. The wires are hidden inside the light pole so no wires will show on your layout. This light uses 9-12 volts on both AC or DC .
The billboard pictured above is a 1950's style mid size billboard sometimes called a market place billboard. The advertising surface is 3.5 (8 CM) inches wide and 2 inches (5.1 CM) high. The billboard is lighted with 4- 2mm bright, white LEDs with saucer shaped old fashion light shades. This particular type of billboard would look great along an old deserted country road. When I made this piece I pictured it weathered with weeds growing around it's base. There is a circuit board that can be attached to one of it's lights which will make it flicker and appear as if it has a bulb in the process of burning out.
